Herbal Teas: Wholesome Herbs and Flower Decoctions

At Sātmya, we are constantly looking to create something meaningful. So when we were asked to make peppermint tea, we put on our thinking hats and started to work with our special batch of Sri Lankan peppermint, lemongrass, jasmine, and rose. After shade drying the produce and many months of experiments, sampling with you and research later- we were indeed able to bring our farm to your home.

Herbal tea- or tisanes is a popular choice of beverage today. But, contrary to the name, it is not actually “tea” as it does not use the leaves of Camellis sinensis plant. Each box of tisane is a product of our love- from carefully handpicking each herb and flower to ensuring the only best for you and your family, we present you our Artisanal Tisanes Collection.

Tisanes are a part of history.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has been using them for mental and physical healing for centuries. The ancient practice of Ayurveda also suggests Tisanes as a way to balance our doshas and align our bodies and mind.

At Satmya, we are passionate about your wellness and nourishment. Every herb and flower infusion is handpicked to provide flavor to each sip of your herbal tea.

But, Why Tisanes?

Herbal tea or tisanes are made using leaves of plants, spices, and flower infusions. Every ingredient in the decoction is carefully picked based on its therapeutic effect and compatibility with other ingredients.

They are a caffeine-free alternative to tea.
